In line with the goal of training 500,000 software developers included in the "2023 Industry and Technology Strategy" of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, various activities have been planned by the Ahiler Development Agency with our 2020 regional stakeholders with the aim of raising awareness about the professions of the future and increasing the qualified labour force in this field, and in this context, "Digital Transformation Program" has been initiated.

With the Digital Transformation Program planned to implement by Ahiler Development Agency (AHİKA), it is aimed to direct young unemployed people between the ages of 15-30 to the professions of the future and to make them reach the knowledge and skills as required by the era .

Also, it is aimed to;

• Create a competent, dynamic and continuously developing ecosystem with regional stakeholders in the field of informatics,
• Reduce the youth unemployment rate, which is one of the most important problems in the region,
• Increase the number of start-ups on informatics,
• Attracting investors in the field of informatics to the region,
• The transformation of the region to know-how center on informatics.  

In this context, the “Front-end 101” training schedule and training locations planned to be organized in cooperation with İŞKUR Provincial Directorates of Ahiler Development Agency are given below.
